After ordering you'll receive an email within 24 hours asking for your photo. We'll create a digital preview for your approval before we touch the panel. Once you approve it we get to work and ship within 2 weeks.
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is visible and in focus. Natural light works best. We'll let you know if we need a different photo before starting.
We'll work with you to get it right. Minor adjustments to the composition are included. We want you to love it before we start etching.
