Shipping

Every piece is made to order by hand in Marin County, California. Most orders ship within about 5 days. Shipping is free, via UPS Ground with tracking, anywhere in the US.

Our promise on returns

If something isn't right, tell us. We'd much rather make it right than have you send it back. Wrong color, wrong size, not quite what you pictured? Reach out and we'll find a fix: a swap, an exchange, or another option that works for you. And if you'd simply like to return it, that's okay too.

Vessels — 90 days

Return any vessel within 90 days, unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free, we'll send you a prepaid label. We'll refund you within 3 to 5 business days of receiving and inspecting it. Engraved vessels carry a $35 restocking fee, which covers replacing the lid.

Etchings — made to order

Because each etching is custom to your pet and you approve the design before we make it, etchings are final sale.

The Memorial Set

The vessel in your set follows the vessel policy above (90 days, unused, in original packaging). The etching, being custom, is final sale.
